A free concert, Himigsikan 2011, performed by military singers and bands and members of Organisasyon ng Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM) for Filipino soldiers was concluded last week. A rare event which couldn’t have been made into reality without the volunteerism of OPM and its President, Mr. Ogie Alcacid.
