Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operatives have seized P3.5-million worth of fake Knorr Sinigang Mix and Maggie products in three separate raids in Tondo, Manila, Caloocan and Quezon City. CIDG Director, Police Chief Superintendent Samuel D Pagdilao Jr. said operating elements from the Anti-Fraud and Commercial Crime Division (AFCCD) under Police Superintendent Benjamim C Acorda Jr. have confiscated 324,933 pieces of fake Maggie Magic Sarap products of Nestle Philippines and 181,459 pieces of Knorr Sinigang Mix products of Uniliver Philippines with estimated value amounting to 3,585,310.00. The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) has filed 100 counts of hacking and anti-violence against women against the ex-boyfriend of a 23-year old girl from Paranaque City who threatened the victim to post their pictures inside a motel on Facebook. Unreasonable Parking Fees In Intramuros, Manila
It’s been a while since I last visited Intramuros in Manila. The place was very memorable to me since college days. It is like where my heart was left. But today was a surprised to me. The roadside in front of a fast food chain in Anda St. corner Muralla St. was no longer free parking. And unfortunately, maybe there are also areas in Intramuros that are not open to public parking. It was odd because why would the Intramuros management charge parking fees in front of a fast food chain like Jollibee? We ate less than 30 minutes at Jollibee and we were charged P40 for the parking fee.…

Stalking To Be Criminalized In RP
Too much admiration which somehow led to stalking can soon be punishable in the Philippines if the proposed legislations against it were passed. Under the bill filed by Senator Manny Villar, the following acts may be punished with jail from one to six months or a fine of P1,000 to P5,000: repeated phone calls for no legitimate reason sending messages without introducing oneself, or using rude words repeatedly going to a target’s home or office frequently following someone making a scene I just wonder if they would include in the proposed bill the act of silently taking pictures or like doing surveillance to the target person.
