    Smart Communications’ Bad Service

    It happened not once but so many times. But recently was too much and I cannot let it go, especially when Smart Communications keep on ignoring my concerns. Some people would say, so what’s with losing less than P100? It is not much. But if this will happen everyday, of course, it is too much! I am referring to missing pre-paid load on my mobile number with Smart Communications. Some people would consider it as “load snatching.” And that’s not fair and very frustrating! After confirming that I got zero balance already, I immediately called Smart hotline number using a postpaid PLDT landline service. Unfortunately, I failed to be connected…
