Smart Communications’ Bad Service

It happened not once but so many times. But recently was too much and I cannot let it go, especially when Smart Communications keep on ignoring my concerns.

Some people would say, so what’s with losing less than P100? It is not much. But if this will happen everyday, of course, it is too much!

I am referring to missing pre-paid load on my mobile number with Smart Communications. Some people would consider it as “load snatching.” And that’s not fair and very frustrating!

After confirming that I got zero balance already, I immediately called Smart hotline number using a postpaid PLDT landline service. Unfortunately, I failed to be connected with any of their customer support assistants.

That’s weird, isn’t? Why am I hearing such automatic answering message saying I do not have enough balance to continue my call to their customer service? I am not using a prepaid landline.

It was a helpless move to call their hotline so I resorted to their Twitter account.

And I got a reply! Thank God.

So I immediately send direct messages on Twitter.

After sending them messages last August 12, 2012, I got any reply NO MORE.

The incident I encountered was not an isolated case. There are numerous Smart subscribers who have the same complaints. Their system may not be perfect, but Smart Communications should make sure they’re giving the right and honest service to the public.

I guess that means it is time to switch then. Sounds like they are lacking on great customer service. I am so sorry about your experience with them. That’s really sad. It’s not fun at all.
