It’s More Fun And Safe In The Philippines, Seriously?

Summer vacation in the Philippines is almost here. But local and foreign tourists has started to flock in different spots in the country. Most of the visitors prefer beaches and near-mountains or places where they can get near and experience the beauty of nature.

The Philippines is known to have wonderful places to visit. One of them is the Puerto Princesa Underground river that was declared as one of the 7 New Wonders of Nature. Never leave the country without going to Boracay, El Nido and other rich white beaches in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Security concerns should not be the reason for hesitation to come here. The Philippine National Police had already assured tourists of More Fun and Safe in the Philippines. Well, that is the institution’s very recent campaign to attract more visitors. But of course, don’t be too lax. Staying vigilant is still advisable for all.

One of the aspects of a vacation is the place to stay, at least for several days or few weeks. Most of the hotels have reasonable to expensive rates. But you can maximize the rental services like what iBilik Philippines offers. They have accredited room owners which you can avail for cheaper rates per day. You can find there comfortable rooms to stay in most of the cities in the Philippines.

In choosing the best room to stay, I am suggesting the following tips:

1. Reasonable price. You don’t want to rent a room with a price more than what a five-star hotel offers, right? P1,500 to P3,000 a day, depending on the location is fair and affordable enough.

2. Facilities and cleanliness. Some rooms may not be too classy like hotel rooms, but a room with complete facilities, especially with cable and internet, is acceptable. Also check how often they clean-up the area like changing the bed sheets, towels and among others.

3. Security. Seriously, you need to check the door lock. Is it enough to secure you and your things especially when you’re out to have fun? It is not paranoia, just taking precautions. Anyway, it is more Fun and Safe in the Philippines.
