sana nabigyan linaw ang lahat kung naisarado ng mga mahistrado ang kaso.

Most of the cases filed at court have no basis in fact or law. Most of it are really harassment suits filed not for the purpose of attaining justice, but for the assuaging of a petty feeling of being snubbed or of being unappreciated and unrespected for the imagined power one holds.

I hope there will come a time when SC will surely show finality in the judgments it renders. Especially for this case. So unfortunate 🙁

Such a shame that i live in a country where the government and the judiciary system becomes what they are not supposed to be.

it really is quite alarming to find out that the very same institution tasked to uphold the laws of our country is the very same one changing and retracting their own decisions, when their final decision are supposed to be absolute and executory.

i hope someone from the higher court will shed a light about this matter.

I am so saddened of the thought of it, as being partial and fickle minded on their decisions, para na ding sinabi na nabibili ang katarungan papaikutin lang, they should not be, sino pa ang ating pagkakatiwalaan?
